Trillium everywhere!

Trillium
A cluster of trillium begin to bloom in the front yard.
When we moved to our current house three years ago there was a smattering of trillium, mostly in the undeveloped area east of the driveway. Over the last couple of years we've pampered them in clusters among the ferns by the garage and in a couple of spots in the back yard.
When our upstream neighbors cleared a big patch of land I worried all our effort had been wasted. In spite of a warm winter and early blooms just about everywhere else the trillium remained hidden.
In the last couple of days, though, they've finally begun breaking through. On April 1 I counted 15 and thought we were in great shape. Two days ago I counted 30. Today I found over 70 and couldn't help but take pictures.
Now if we could just get that little bug to come out we'd have a proper Spring.
