Some trips just work out. It's usually those trips when I don't have a particular destination. When we haven't driven for hours. When there's no pressure.
It's finally staying light late enough that we can squeeze in a quick walk up the trail after work. Sometimes, the kids want to push and we wind up at the Benches. Sometimes, they are just joking and wandering so we make it to Tokul's Pool.
This was one of the latter walks. We barely made it to Tokul's Pool and just played on the rocks. Nobody fell in and the weather was so mellow we could just hang out.
I swear, nothing was posed except Clara and Henry on the rock. They were just happy to make me happy.
