No, don't worry. The kids aren't going on glaciers any time soon. I promised Amy. Otherwise, I'm sure she'd have a restraining order by now.
But Clara did convince me we needed to bring the climbing gear to the school so she'd have something to do while Henry got more practice on two wheels. (Turns out, he doesn't need any more practice and our next bike ride will probably be on... gravel. <gasp>)
Of course, all the kids wanted time on the rope so up they went. Then down. Then up. Then down again. Then we switched to a belay device so they could "rappel" down. Pull them back up, rappel down.
I never got on the rope, but I think even I got a workout.
