First I chose to get up early to hike up Mailbox Peak.

Then I found the upper slopes were covered with flowers. Tiger lilies, beargrass, bunchberry, starflower, thistle, holy cow!

To top it off I made it up in less than an hour and forty minutes.

Weird.

Maybe it was some sort of weird dream.

Or vacation. Maybe it was the beginning of vacation.
