Lilly conquers Twin Falls

Into the woods
Clara and Lilly head up the trail near home.
We didn't start off intending to put a notch in Lilly's hiking stick. I had thought to drag the kids out for a bit of a walk and have lunch at the benches at the top of the first hill. Luckily, there were people at the benches so we decided to head down at least to the Big Tree. Lilly was feeling good so I let her lead the way and next thing we knew we were at the falls.
Surprisingly, she was ready for more, but I turned the girls around after lunch and we made it back to the house a little later than planned. On the upside, now I have a good benchmark for Lilly's abilities and we can start taking Henry on some longer hikes.
