Thanks to modern medicine Lilly has been free to develop her natural snorting ability. Amy gives her a little bit of a kick start with a double pitty-tickle, but the rest is all Lilly. (And, apparently, a little bit of Auntie Amy as well who also suffers from a bit of a snorting problem.)
