Lilly took a header into the train table and immediately started bleeding like the proverbial stuck pig. After staunching the flow we piled into the car for a trip to the ER to try to prevent a scar only to find out the cut didn't go all the way through the skin and it would take only steri-strips to make it better. At least we got a free teddy bear with our co-pay.
