Bones don't heal very quickly.
That's what I've learned from this whole stupid experience. Pro-tip: Don't break any bones.
Now that we can all agree injuries are bad, it's time for good news! I was able to get back on the trail a bit more. Lots of walks on our local trail and a couple other adventures for SCIENCE! and Deuter. In fact, I probably went places I shouldn't have given the ice-covered trails and frozen rivers.
Still, exercising my ankle like this is exactly what all the medical professionals advise so who am I to argue? (And who am I to point out exactly where I'm going?)
