One of the perks of working from home is I get to see daytime wildlife I would have missed in the past. This time it was a bald eagle swooping low over the river. At first we thought it was fishing, but it turned out to be hunting an American merganser and her three chicks. The eagle was unsuccessful, but did pose long enough to satisfy me.
