The trails were unmaintained, covered in mud and then snow, and the summit was breathtakingly cold. Also: All the trees were gone. While I recognize this is a working forest, it's also a popular hiking spot. You'd think they'd have tried to mitigate the damage to the viewshed a little, but no.
