Things we did in the mountains: Used an umbrella. Got attacked by wasps while pooping. Made the summit. Saw no views. Gave up on ever being dry again.

Are you freaking kidding me?

Someone hiked with an umbrella. Seriously?

We stopped to do our business in the woods. We were attacked by wasps. Oh god! OW! OW! Run, Tinkham! RUN! AIAIAIAIAIAGHGH! (Not familiar with wasps? Think "bee, but a total useless jerk intent only on causing pain." And that's being kind.)

We found where we needed to leave the trail without getting lost. Sweet.

We made it to the summit. Yay!

No views. Boo!

Made it back to the trail without incident. Nice.

It started to rain. Hmph.

The trail flooded. Typical.

We fell in the creek. Surprised?

We had a great time. Duh.

Epilogue: Tinkham and I were still hurting from the wasps a week later. We may never poop in the woods again.
