Wait... You can SEE him?
Apparently, Henry is still an ninja in training.
It's rained for weeks straight, but not tonight. We'd have had some awfully damp cats, fairies, and ninjas to say nothing about the travesty of wet candy. Instead, we had some clouds, lots of leaves strewn about, and only a few high school boys hiding in the bushes. It's hard to tell if they're just out to scare people or if they're looking for more trouble, but my flashlight pointed right in their faces had a calming effect.
Bonus: Amy and I now have a very large bag of candy that the kids don't like. Or maybe they do like it, but it's ours now. Remember, I have a flashlight.
