Apparently, some time in the last 20 years the fine folks of Remlinger Farms got tired of growing stuff and instead decided to become the Lower Valley's answer to, "But I'm too poor to go to Disneyland."
Instead of horses there's a train (a real steam train!) to tour you around.
Instead of a pumpkin patch there's a pumpkin ride.
Instead of... um... something there's a mini roller coaster.
Needless to say, it was a far greater hit with the kids than learning about the exciting world of crops.
We conquered the ponies and the roller coaster. We tamed the goats and bunnies. Heck, we even celebrated a birthday. Much fun was had by all.
Except me. I started seeing things. But after a few pills and a LOT of caffeine I got mostly better. Until I rode the roller coaster. I'm not so good with roller coasters. Not good at all.
