After 12 great years my time at The Seattle Times Company has come to an end. I started as a web developer and ended running the information security program. In spite of the hard times ahead for the newspaper industry I think the Times has a future due largely to the great people and committed ownership. Unfortunately, it's not big enough to justify the devotion to security that I'm looking for to continue developing. Monday I start my new job.
